Alumni Weekend 2000 GAME CANCELLED!
Game cancelled due to severe weather conditions. The Moderns pitch was adversely affected by the rapid rise of the River Trent, with the pitch a little wet on the Wednesday before the game. Unfortunately, the pitch had not dried out for Sunday, and thus the game was cancelled!
7th Annual Alumni Dinner - Saturday 11th November 2000 Once again a successful dinner was had at The George Hotel. Follow the Hyperlink for the photos. The meal was thoroughly enjoyed by all those who attended. Once again however, a number of unscrupulous individuals appear to had attended and have taken advantage of our hospitable nature by scurrying off without paying. If you are one of these PAY UP! Next year we will be placing somebody on the door so you will not get in. |
